Enterprise Multi-Branch Support

Branches, departments and roles as a structure — with data scoped to each site.

Once an organization has more than one site, the question stops being "who works here" and becomes "who works where, reporting to whom, and who is allowed to see it".

StepUp models the hierarchy directly: branches contain departments, departments contain roles and people, and each has a manager. Access follows that structure, so a branch manager sees their branch and an HR lead sees the organization, without maintaining a separate permissions list.

What it does

Branch and department hierarchy
The real reporting structure, with a manager assigned at each level.
Scoped data
What someone can see follows their place in the structure.
Per-branch reporting
Headcount, attendance and payroll filtered to a single site or rolled up.
Branch-aware attendance
Each site has its own location and allowed radius for clock-in.
